White Coat Ceremony
Although Centennial Hall generally opens one hour prior to start time, this can change based on the specific college’s schedule.
Entry to Centennial Hall during this ceremony is through the front doors only and is fully accessible. If you need accommodations, please contact the organizing college to arrange for assistance.
Seating during convocations is available on a first come, first served basis, and there are no seating reservations.
Assistive Listening Devices (amplification & induction loops) are available during all convocations. See an usher at the Courtesy Desk for assistance.
Please call the College of Medicine Special Events Office at (520) 626-6177 or email at specialevents@medicine.arizona.edu if you have questions about the White Coat Ceremony or Reception.
Staff and student volunteers will be available the day of the event to answer questions and offer assistance. These volunteers will be wearing either red shirts with the College of Medicine logo or black shirts with “College of Medicine Events Staff’ in white on the back. Please feel free to stop any of them for information or to introduce yourselves.
