Graduate Instructions for Day of Event

• Check-in will begin at 8:00 am on the east side of Centennial Hall. You must check-in by 8:45 am in order to be seated before the ceremony begins.
• You must wear a cap and gown to participate in the ceremony. Caps, gowns, and hoods are available from the UA BookStores.
• On average, the SBS graduate ceremony runs 1 to 1 ½ hours long.

Guest Seating

Each guest must have a printed ticket to participate in the event. Doors open at 8:00 am. Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis.

We will be providing a livestream option this year with a link forthcoming!

Parking:

Closest recommended parking is at Tyndall Garage, 880 E 4th St.
