Convocations 2025
Convocations are ceremonies in which students are acknowledged in a smaller setting. Each school or college coordinates these and is separate from Commencement. More information about ticketing is available below:
GETTING STARTED
You will follow the link provided by your school to the ticketing registration page for your ceremony. The website link can be accessed through a desktop computer or mobile device. Tickets will need to be sent to a mobile device and presented upon arrival to the venue to be scanned in.
ONLINE TICKET REGISTRATION PROCESS
Following the link, you will use your university email addresses to log into Ticketmaster. Once logged in, you will have access to the event and ticket selection. Access to your ceremony page and tickets is restricted to ONLY students that have been provided from your school. If you are unable to log in, please check that your school has submitted your name and email accurately. Select the number of tickets you wish to claim for your guests. Once you have claimed your tickets, proceed to the check out screen and complete your order. The tickets are now in your account and may be transferred to your guests!*Please note: Individual schools may have a unique ticket limit set for each graduation and may not be exceeded until the RSVP window -date determined by your school- has passed.
FORWARDING TICKETS
To transfer tickets, you will first need to select the number of tickets you wish to send to each person in your party. You will be prompted to enter your guest’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. The recipient will receive an email notifying them they have received tickets. They will follow the link provided in the email to claim the tickets. Your guests will need to log in and claim the tickets or they will not be valid! Once the tickets have been claimed, they can be added to a wallet or guests can return to their Ticketmaster account to access their tickets for day-of-ceremony entry. If the recipient can no longer attend the ceremony, they will need to send their tickets back to the graduate account. This is done in the same way as the initial transfer: Log into the account, select the tickets that will not be used, and hit “return”. This will put the tickets back into the original ticket holder’s account. Here, the tickets can either be redistributed to another guest or “refunded” if the tickets are no longer needed.
